HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 

Mom and Dad and I went to a Halloween playgroup at my friend Kyle's house. My friend Sienna was dressed as a pumpkin too!

Kyle was dressed up as a frog,

which I think is one of my new favorite foods. And Kyle didn't really seem to mind... 

Mom and I were both dressed as pumpkins, so we wanted our picture taken together...

But I got so excited to be standing on the table that I hit mom in the eye! Oops. 

I played in my playpen yesterday. Why, hello Mr. Bear, I didn't know you were here!

And YOU, block, who do you think YOU'RE looking at? 

Guess what I did today? I went to a restaurant!

And I sat in a high chair at the table just like everyone else. I played and sang and watched everyone eat...

And I even ate some of my own food. Aren't I so grown up? 

It got really cool out in Gainesville recently, so I got to wear my new winter clothes. What a cute outfit, no? 

I ate my first whole wheat bagel this week. Well, it was more like gnawing on a frozen hunk of bread, but it entertained me. 

Halloween is coming soon... Mom and Dad got me a pumpkin at the store today.

It's almost as big as I am!

I had so much fun playing with it,

that I almost fell over...

but I'm so good at sitting, I didn't!

I wonder what pumpkins taste like? 

We all went to a baby shower for our friends Joaquim and Bonnie today, and I saw my friend Max...

and got my first kiss! 

Now that I can sit up by myself I can play with so many things! But reading is still my favorite thing to do. 

I haven't been sleeping very well at night because I've been sick (cold, ear infections, antibiotics that upset my stomach...), which means mom and dad haven't been sleeping well either. Dad I and both fell asleep on the couch the other day. Mom says we both snored. 

I got a new carseat!

No, I'm not shrinking, it's just a really big carseat! 

Remember when my playgroup friends and I went to have our picture taken? Here it is - aren't we a great bunch!?!? 

Mom and Dad spent a lot of this weekend working around the house and the yard, and I helped!

Then Dad sent me up to clean the gutters. (Just kidding.) 

I got a new bathtub the other day.

I can sit up and splash around,

and play with all kinds of things.

It's so much fun... but, do you think my butt looks big? 

Guess who's already EIGHT months old?!?...
