An afternoon at the park
Mami and I went to the park yesterday afternoon. It was a beautiful fall day - as you can see by the pinecones I absolutely had to carry around everywhere.
And, for the record, it was ME who insisted on wearing my hat! Was it because it was sunny? Or because there was a slight chill in the air? We'll never know!

2nd annual organized chaos session
Remember last year when my playgroup friends and I got our group picture taken at Sears? (You can see that picture here.) Well, our parents, in a moment of total insanity, decided it would be a good idea to try it again this year. . .
Except none of us wanted to sit there by ourselves, so our moms had to hold us!
Except none of us wanted to sit there by ourselves, so our moms had to hold us!
(You can tell that some moms may have predicted this could happen and look nice, where as others, like mine, were not prepared to have their portraits taken!)
But even though this picture isn't the greatest, it was wonderful to see all my old friends again. Can you believe how much we've changed in one year???
Dora's on TV?!?
A family self-portrait
Yummy yummy!

Music classes
I go to Musikgarten music classes every Monday. We do lots of fun things there. Like in this picture, we're pretending to ride on a horse, galloping up and down. (And those are my friends Nathan and Gabriel, with their mothers Kristen and Mariann, in the background.)
We also get to play with scarves, swinging them up and down to the music.
This is, without a doubt, my favorite part! (At home, I take dishtowels and try to sing the same song and throw them up in the air too.)
We also play with drums. They make a lot of noise, and I like that!
And then, sometimes, we just dance. And, faithful blogger fans, you know I love to dance! (I'm teaching the class how to do The Resli.)

"Sunday school"
On Sundays when Mami and Daddy go to church, I get to go to, um, "Sunday school". Basically, I get to play! They have great toys and TONS of balls to play with.
And there's this great playground where you can climb around. Here I am trying to climb over the edge...
Getting there...
OOPS! (Don't worry, I didn't hurt myself!)
And check this out - Nana helped me go down a slide all by myself!
What fun!

Another visit from Nana!
My Nana was here visiting this past weekend. She let me share her oatmeal. Yummy yummy!
Neither Nana nor I like being surprised by the camera. A little breakfast floor privacy, please!
By the way, apparently my Mami was so excited to see HER Mommy that she forgot to take more pictures of her. Sorry, Nana!

"Ishtanistou"
Anyone know what language this is?!?
(I get "side" = outside, and I get "mama" = cama = bed, which is what she calls the hammock, but that's about it. Of course, without the phone in the background it might have been easier, but I doubt it!)

Sunday at the mall
Feeding myself supper
I insisted on feeding myself supper last night.
I did pretty well, too!
I very generously offered some to Daddy,
and to Mami. (They didn't want any.)
Occasionally, I missed my mouth,
but managed to get a good deal of the food in there somehow.
Unfortunately, I ended up with some in my hair as well.
What a mess!

My cat shirt
I wore this shirt with a kitty cat on it the other day. I was fascinated with the "gato" and kept pointing to it and meow-ing all day.
